Help for the Recall web app and Chrome extension.

Extension cannot connect

Open the extension options and confirm the API base URL. The production value should be https://autobookmark.site; local development normally uses http://localhost:8081.

Session expired

Open the extension popup and sign in again. Recall rotates refresh tokens for security, so copied or old extension data may require a fresh login.

Page cannot be saved

Recall can save public HTTP and HTTPS pages. Browser internal pages, local files, and restricted pages cannot be captured.

Bookmarks are not syncing

Confirm bookmark permission is enabled, automatic sync is turned on, and the Recall API is reachable. You can also trigger a manual sync from the popup.
